I was surfing on the internet the other day and came across this great resource for women in engineering from Engineers Canada. Essentially links to various organizations and associations across Canada supporting women in science, engineering, and technology, both nationally and internationally. When I studied engineering in University, a new program was on the horizon aimed at inspiring young girls to engage in science and engineering fields. I was sent this story the other day, as I am always interested to hear about women and their mark on history. Check out the Night Witches and their commitment to the skies during World War II.
